Pistachio & Raspberry Celebration Chocolate

The Recipe!


  • 1/2 x block @whittakersnz 72% dark cacao chocolate
  • 2 x T coconut oil 
  • 2 x T @picspeanutbutter peanut butter
  • 2 x T maple syrup
  • 1/2 x cup pistachios
  • 1/2 x cup frozen raspberries


  1. In a double boiler melt chocolate & oil 
  2. Once melted add maple syrup & peanut butter
  3. Remove from heat & add pistachio & raspberries
  4. Pour into a greased loaf tin & put in freezer for few hours
  5. When ready cut into slices or squares
