Protein Slice

The All Mighty 3pm Protein Slice!

As the afternoon slump hits most of us, we need a healthy “pick me up”. This will satisfy those 3pm cravings!

Prep Time (10 mins)
Serves - 12 people

The Recipe!


  • 4-5 x cups @harrawaysnz rolled oats
  • 1 x cup @picspeanutbutter
  • 1 x cup coconut cream
  • 4 x T honey
  • 1 x T goji berries
  • 1 x T @chiasisters chia seeds


  1. Grease & line a slice tin
  2. Mix together wet ingredients into food processor
  3. Add 4 x cups rolled oats to food processor pulse few times
  4. Add rest of ingredients & pulse few times until everything is combined (if mixture feels too sticky add more oats)
  5. Press down into slice tin, add toppings like goji berries & chia seeds
  6. Freeze 4-6 hours
  7. Cut into slices & store as snack in freezer
