Warm Chia Pudding
- Add all porridge ingredients (except protein) to a small pot and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Once simmering, reduce heat to low and cook for a further 5 minutes, until thickened and chia seeds have swollen.
- Once cooked, stir through protein or collagen powder. Add a little more warm water or almond milk if you prefer a looser consistency.
- Warm berries in the microwave for about 1 minute, until warmed.
- Serve porridge topped with berries, yoghurt and almonds.
