Chocolate Cauliflower Brownie

With the end of the year looming, our energy is almost on empty. Here’s a fantastic pick me up for the afternoons. I love that it includes a veg thanks to the cauliflower ‘shhh’ just don’t tell the kids 🙂

Makes 20 pieces.

The recipe


  • 1  1/4 cups flour
  • 1  1/2 cup cauliflower puree
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 block Whittaker’s 72% dark cacao chocolate


  1. Turn oven into 180 degrees celsius & line plus grease a slice tin
  2. Chop up and boil half cauliflower until soft – leave to cool
  3. Melt oil and chocolate together
  4. Add cooked cauliflower to food processor and blend until finely chopped
  5. Add all other ingredients, blend until all mixed together and smooth
  6. Scrap all mixture into slice tin
  7. Bake 20/25mins
