  • 1/2 Banana, frozen
  • 2 Carrots, medium
  • 1 Orange
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple, frozen
  • 2 cups Almond milk, or water
  • 1/4 cup of almonds or cashew nuts
  • Optional 1 scoop Favorite protein powder


  1. Pop everything into the blender
  2. Blend until smooth & creamy
